Charges: Henderson Phillips can provide a flexible charging structure and it is aimed at you feeling that you have received value for money. Therefore if your need is to have occasional advice but want to know that the expertise is at the end of the phone we arrange for retainment provision. This would include a basic HR 'package' such as contracts and/ or policy provision depending on your requirements.

For more immediate needs there is typically an hourly charge and then for larger assignments the prices are agreed with you. Our aim is to build good working relationships, we know that you have a budget and we can flex to work around that.
