Henderson Phillips was founded by Jo Foster, who is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with over ten years varied senior HR experience.

Jo has worked in a large range of industries including Retail & Leisure, Public Sector, Media and Professional Services.

 

This has covered a wide range of organisational type from a FTSE 100 Plc with 90,000 employees, and a Magic Circle Law firm with 7,000 employees worldwide, to small firms with 3 - 50 employees. 

 

Experience includes - contract and policy implementation, a wide range of redundancy programmes, design of Job Evaluation and equal pay schemes, disciplinaries, tribunal preparation and representation, skill based training, change management programmes and Executive Coaching, recruitment, designing and running assessment/ development centres and establishing effective HR statistical reports to monitor organisational morale.

 

Qualifications

Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Diploma in NLP

Certificate in Management

OPQ and RPQ qualified

BA (hons) Architecture

Currently studying for BSc in Psychology

We are a small branch of an established organisation with about 60 staff. Head office needs us to relocate about 100 miles away. This is causing me such worry, as I know it will mean that most of my staff would have to look for another job locally because they would not want to up-route from the local area. The average age must be about 45 and most have worked for the Company for about 15 years so it would be an enormous upheaval for them. Give us a call we can help.
