type from a FTSE 100 Plc with 90,000 employees, and a Magic Circle Law firm with 7,000 employees worldwide, to
small firms with 3 - 50 employees.
Experience includes - contract and policy implementation,
a wide range of redundancy programmes, design of Job Evaluation and equal pay schemes, disciplinaries, tribunal preparation
and representation, skill based training, change management programmes and Executive Coaching, recruitment, designing and
running assessment/ development centres and establishing effective HR statistical reports to monitor organisational
morale.
